Hi, I'm Patrick.

With Qi Gong and innovative methods from pain therapy, I would like to support you in developing more awareness, relaxation and ease in everyday life.

My path to becoming a Qi Gong teacher and expert in chronic pain

I started practicing Qi Gong regularly in 2017 and was immediately impressed by the many positive effects – especially greater clarity and concentration in everyday life, increased resilience and inner peace.

After trying various other mindfulness-based methods, I decided in 2022 to deepen my Qi Gong practice and began a three-year training program with Master Buyin Zheng. Today, I am happy to be able to share this easily learned and effective method with others.

I have found the Taidan® relaxation massage to be a very valuable complement to my Qi Gong practice. When I receive massages myself, I always feel reborn afterwards.

Because I know how it feels, it gives me great joy to be able to share that experience with others.

The benefits of Qi Gong and massage became even clearer to me when I developed chronic ankle pain after an accident in 2023. For a while, I couldn't walk without pain, had to pause sports and other hobbies, and even give up Qi Gong.

No orthopedist or physiotherapist was able to provide me with lasting relief. I suffered from severe pain on and off for over a year.

Through intensive self-study, I eventually learned about a specific type of chronic pain that can arise and become entrenched due to a tense nervous system and chronic stress: neuroplastic pain.

The methods for unlearning these pain patterns are often summarized under the term Pain Reprocessing Therapy® (PRT) and are supported by scientific studies. There is a significant overlap with the methods of Qi Gong: relaxation of the nervous system, promotion of mindfulness, and distancing from one's own thoughts.

After a few months of use, the pain lessened and eventually disappeared completely.

Since I know from my own experience how burdensome pain can be, I would like to support others in finding a way to deal with pain more easily, step by step.

In addition to my self-employment, I work at FINDER eV as an adult educator for resilience and prevention programs at schools and universities throughout Germany.
