Scope:

These refund policies apply to all services offered by Patrick Wentorp: Qi Gong courses (in-person, Berlin), massages (in-person, Berlin) and pain consultation (online, nationwide/worldwide).

1. In-person services: Qi Gong courses & massages

Cancellation by customer:

• Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the appointment.

• Cancellation up to 2 hours in advance:

  • 25% of the price.

  • In individual cases, a lower fee may be agreed upon as a gesture of goodwill.

• Cancellation less than 2 hours in advance:

  • 50% of the price

  • In individual cases, a lower fee may be agreed upon as a gesture of goodwill.

Cancellation by provider:

• In case of cancellation or postponement by the provider, the appointment can be rescheduled to a replacement date free of charge.

• A refund of the amount already paid will be issued upon request.

Instructions for participation:

• Customers should be healthy and should seek information before participating if they have any health concerns.

• For massages: Please inform us in advance about any known spinal problems, herniated discs, misalignments or injuries.

• For Qi Gong courses: the ability to sit or stand independently is required.

2. Online pain counseling

Payment:

• The booking will be made after receipt of payment (prepayment).

Right of withdrawal for consumers:

• Private individuals (consumers) have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days, provided that the service was not fully provided at the same time.

• Online consultation can only begin before the end of the withdrawal period if the consumer expressly agrees.

Refund:

• In the event of a valid cancellation, the amount paid will be fully refunded within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation notice.

Data protection:

• The consultation is conducted in compliance with data protection regulations, in accordance with the privacy policy .

Note regarding the consultation:

• The advice is not medical or therapeutic and does not replace medical treatment.

3. General

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

• Goodwill arrangements may be made on a case-by-case basis.

• These refund policies supplement the General Terms and Conditions (GTC).
