Chinese massage in Berlin
By specifically massaging certain points along the spine, blockages in the tendons, muscles and fascia are released, which can lead to tension and restricted movement.
The massage technique originates from the Taidan® massage according to Buyin Zheng and combines knowledge from traditional Chinese medicine with modern scientific findings about fascia and the nervous system.
The process of a massage
The massage usually takes place at the Spreekind osteopathy practice (near Berlin Ostkreuz).
At least 90 minutes should be set aside for the massage.
It is recommended to wear loose and thin clothes, which should be kept on during the massage .
We can clarify further arrangements in advance by telephone or message (see form below).
Possible effects of massage
Stress reduction
The massage activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which is responsible for relaxation and regeneration. This reduces stress hormones and allows the body to recover.
Strengthening the immune system
By promoting blood circulation and lymphatic drainage, the body is supported in its regeneration and detoxification processes.
Promoting clarity and inner peace
By releasing physical tension, a deeper inner balance and peace can be achieved. After the massage, one is in a deeply relaxed state.
Promoting mobility
The tendons, muscles and fascia are relaxed through targeted pressure techniques, which can increase freedom of movement.
