Qi Gong courses in Berlin
What is Qi Gong?
Qigong can be understood as a practice of cultivating one's own life force in such a way that one stays healthy and can develop one's potential.
Regular practice can, for example, increase one's concentration skills, develop better stress management techniques, and strengthen the immune system.
In the weekly Qi Gong course, we practice moving and still exercises from Shaolin Neijin Qi Gong according to Grandmaster Buyin Zheng.
The exercises are easy to learn and promote the connection between body and mind, clarity, and vitality. After the exercises, one often feels relieved of stress, refreshed, and relaxed.
