In my consultations, I guide you step by step in developing a new perspective on your pain. We work directly with your own experience – in a highly practical and individually tailored way. The focus is on consciously perceiving your pain patterns, understanding their connections, and developing new responses to them. This allows you to gradually regain more confidence and ease. Note: This consultation is not a substitute for medical or psychotherapeutic treatment and does not constitute a promise of healing.
